Sandbox!

SE's nana got him a sandbox for Easter. He loves playing in it and even though he's still kind of figuring it out, he's really enjoying sitting in it, standing in it and he's even given the sand a little taste test (I guess it didn't appeal to him too much because he hasn't eaten any since the first day). Thanks nana; we love you!

Easter 2010

Or Resurrection Sunday...celebrate and rejoice! The tomb is empty, Jesus has risen and returned to the Father to intercede on behalf of all mankind. "But these are written that you may believe that Jesus is the Christ the Son of God and that by believing you may have life in His name." (John 20:31). Here are a few pictures of our Easter!

The last day...

Well, yesterday was officially my last day of working outside the home. No more driving over an hour, being away the entire day from SE and Sean, and totally being in survival mode most of the time because of all our commitments. The last day of work was great...my friends decorated my office, took me to lunch, had a cupcake hour then happy hour after work. I'm going to miss them and work so much, but God has promised great things for our family and being able to stay at home with SE and future baby Boyds was part of His promise. So I'm excited to begin this new season of life, and today has been the greatest start of my new career!

Remember SE's favorites...

Sarah and Colin...well they got engaged! Sean and I got to go to their surprise engagement party after the proposal happened. We could not be happier for them. Aren't they the sweetest...here they are telling the proposal story...

Then the celebration began...Sarah and Colin, we pray nothing but God's infinite blessings over your engagement and marriage. I know it was His divine plan to bring you together and now unite you as husband and wife. I pray that your marriage would be reflection of God's love for the church and that the foundation of your life together would be in Him. "He has taken me to the banquet hall, and His banner over me is love." Song of Solomon 2:4. We love you guys!

The rock, I mean, ring!
